Because God created man to take care of the earth, Christians should protect the earth by caring for the environment and the wildlife around them. For this is what the Lord says he who created the heavens, he is God; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited he says: â€Å"I am the Lord, and there is no other (Isaiah, 45:18, English Standard Version).Therefore, people should be planting things; helping them grow; and supporting the breeding of wildlife resulting in a bountiful earth. With that being said serving and volunteering for the earth in your local area is a great thing to do. . Youth ministers don t just need to teach youth members pastoral skills, but also teach them to be responsible and genuine leaders in their school, churches, neighborhoods, and communities. (Canales, 2012) We as Christians should be setting an example of how to take care of the world God has created for us. Therefore, we should respect this land. We can help by picking up trash and helping keep our wildlife centers in our community. Helping with funding for caring for the parks and sanctuaries. We should be supporting our local environmental centers.
